Can anyone disagree with incapacity benefit reform?

Doubtless some of this is the fault of the last Conservative Government but the bit I find disturbing about the idea of benefits reform is the sheer scale of the numbers involved here. There is genuine need, but can anyone be surprised that the unemployment numbers have fallen at the same time that incapacity benefit claims have risen?

I actually agree with the Lib Dem David Laws on what he says. It is all very well setting targets but can they deliver?

The astonishing rise sits alongside the remarkable NHS improvements that NL crow about.
Has anyone looked at Old Labour union activity and advice given to those previously employed in COAL,STEEL and other heavy industry?
If one was to penetrate the policy cabals of these Unions one would find a policy of "lets screw Tony and get all our members to claim ICB,after all they can all claim severe back pain as qwe know this cannot be disproven"
The militant unions are still with us and getting cleverer by the day in exploiting all the "PC" nonsense so beloved by NL and sadly even creeping into the Tory party.
Good grief we will have a "Mission Statement" any day from Cameron.
